Strengths: Long, athletic, good wingspan and tremendous footspeed. Great outside shot, and has the ability to take it inside as well where he is a decent FT shooter. Great size to play the SF position, and has the ball handling ability to play point forward as well for extended periods of time.

Weaknesses: A bit of a problem child or so I have read. There seems to be multiple blowouts with his coaches, and it has even got to the point that he has quit a couple teams as well because of disagreements. As a finesse player Casspi is not one to do the "dirty work" required to win some games. You will never see him diving to the floor for a loose ball or flying into the picture to get a rebound. Sometimes has lapses on the defensive end where he gets caught napping. Needs to increase his intensity and show that he wants to play for 48 minutes a game.
