Strengths: Collison is a lights out shooter shooting over 52% from 3pt land, and 48% overall. He has great catch and shoot ability. Great ball handling ability, and a very good eye to see the open player, and get him the ball. Collison is an above average defender, but will this translate to the NBA playing against bigger PGs? So far in college he has risen to the occasion against larger guards and passed each test with flying colors.

Weaknesses: Was it a good idea for Collison to return to UCLA? With Jrue Holiday coming in Collison might look bad next to this up and coming PG. With a younger and hungrier player coming into the mix Collison might blackslide. He has never been known to be the most vocal player on the team. Collison also lacks good athleticism, and speed which players of his size usually posess. Height wise Collison stands about 5'11 w/o shoes, and a shade over 6'0 w/ shoes. Has Collison reached his full potential? He will be 23 by the time he plays in his first NBA game so some wonder if he made a good choice going back to college.
