Strengths: Tremendous scoring ability with a jumpshot out to NBA 3pt range. The game comes very easily to Evans, and he is able to play both SG, and PG. He is an excellent dribble penetrator with kickout ability in traffic to open players. He has great size if he is slotted to play either PG or combo guard in the NBA. Evans is the type of player to lead your team in assists even if he isn't the starting point guard (ala Dwane Wade). Athletically gifted, and very quick on his feet. Great court vision, and playmaking ability.

Weaknesses: A bit weak defensively, but playing for a strong Memphis team it might go unnoticed. Evans is a bit undersized for the SG position height wise, and is not the purest PG in the draft as of yet. He isn't the most fundemental player either. Tends to force the issue when playing PG which leads to unforced turnovers. Overall it's tough to find weaknesses in Evan's game being that he is one of the most talented players in this years draft.
