Strengths: Very strong player with a huge wingspan. He is able to run the floor as well as any big man in the college game. Has a knack for boxing out and grabbing any board within reach. Has good size (and is still growing) to play the PF position in the NBA. He is a touch over 6'9 at this point, and about 250lbs going into his sophomore year at Oklahoma. Has a high BBall IQ, and an assortment of post moves.

Weaknesses: At this point Griffin needs to work on his unforced turnovers. He has good hands but sometimes he loses the ball when going to the basket. He needs to work on his timing when trying to block a shot. He seems to jump a little bit early, and bite on pump fakes. He tends to take plays off if he's not involved.
