Strengths: Williams has jaw dropping athletic ability, and great size to either play the SG, or SF positions. Even with the added muscle he has not given up much in the athleticism department. He has great hands and the ability to play some point forward with his passing abilities. Williams is an excellent man on man defender, and understands the cocept of team defense. A great person to be around, and an excellent teammate. Very coachable.

Weaknesses: Outside shooting leaves much to be desired. Has Willaims reached his potential? Seemed to be more of a distributer than an offensive threat, and has actually regressed a little in his junior season offensively. He tends to settle on his outside shooting when he should be able to take it inside. Not being that good of a shooter he should understand this. His FT shooting has not improved in his junior season. He needs to become a more complete player, and work on his shooting to become a more complete player.
